At RMLT TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a Hassle-Free Return Policy and a 7-Day Exchange Policy.
Damaged or Tampered Package
- If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please refuse to accept it.
- Record a video and take at least 2–4 clear photos of the package.
- Email them to us at support@rmltclothinghouse.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Products returned without prior communication and verification may not be accepted.
Product Damage or Error
- If the product itself is damaged or has any error, please record a clear unboxing video along with photos and email them to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will:
- Arrange a pickup of the defective item.
- Provide a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.
Wrong Product Delivered
- If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please record an unboxing video and clear photos and send them to support@rmltclothinghouse.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will:
- Arrange a pickup of the wrong item.
- Ship the correct product, subject to stock availability.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a credit of equal value.
Quality Check & Lab Test
- Returned products will undergo a lab test to ensure they were not exposed to perfume, chemicals, or misuse.
- If the product passes the test, we will process your exchange or refund.
- If care instructions were not followed, we will be unable to provide any refund or replacement.
Important Notes
- Mandatory Unboxing Video & Photos: Returns/exchanges will be processed only if both video and photos are shared via email within 24–48 hours.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
- Shipping Charges: Customers must bear a ₹150 return shipping fee for valid returns/exchanges.
- Discounts are not applicable on exchanged products.
- Cancellations: Allowed only within 24 hours of order placement.
- Communication: All requests must be made via email (support@rmltclothinghouse.com) or WhatsApp/phone at +91-9315984233.
- Legal Notice: Any misuse of policy or false claims on social media without following terms may result in legal action.
- Refunds are processed within 0–7 business days based on the customer’s banking mode.
Eligibility Checklist for Return/Exchange
- Request made within required timelines: 24 hours (return) or 7 days (exchange).
- Item is unused and in original packaging with tags and invoice.
- Valid unboxing video & photos provided.
- Maximum of two returns/exchanges per jewellery item allowed.
- Receipt (digital/physical) obtained when sending the product back.
